Apply for a Permanent License
Thank you for your interest in Permabit Technology Corporation. To apply for a license to include Albireo technology in your products, please follow these instructions. If you are an existing Permabit licensee, please contact your sales manager instead of filling out the form below.
Step 1
Download the Permabit Mutual NDA. The licensing process requires information on pricing and unit shipments that your company may consider proprietary, and the pricing quote delivered from Permabit Technology Corporation is confidential as well. The mutual NDA is designed to protect both Permabit and your organization.
Step 2
Email the completed Permabit Mutual NDA to licensing@permabit.com. Permabit will reply with a countersigned copy by the next business day.
Step 3
Download and complete the Albireo Licensing Application.
Step 4
Email the completed Albireo Pricing Questionnaire to licensing@permabit.com.
Step 5
Permabit will send you a contract to complete. Review, sign, and return the contract with the initial license fee. Permabit will then provide access to the requested technology, marketing, testing, and implementation tools along with other important information about working with Permabit.
Step 6
Upon qualification of the integrated product, your company will become an official Permabit Albireo licensee.
